O R D E R Learned counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju accepts notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not considering the representation submitted by him to restore/re-connect the electricity supply bearing R.R.No.8ECLG65203 in respect of site No.48, formed in Sy.No.99/02 and 100/01, Amar Regency Layout, Horamavu, Ward No.25, Bengaluru.
3. The petitioner is claiming to be the owner of the property above mentioned and it is contended that the respondent-authorities have disconnected the power supply to the property in question without issuing any notice. It is further submitted that the representations submitted by the petitioner has not been considered despite several requests made.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met in directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.02.2019 at Annexure-G and shall take a decision after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.2 on 03.06.2019 without expecting any notice. The respondent No.2 shall take a decision in the matter in accordance with law in an expedite manner in any event not later than two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent No.2. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
