Petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on 31.12.2008, but his post retiral dues have not been paid.
With regard to his grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to the Engineer-in-Chief, Lok Nirman Vibhag, U.P. Lucknow.
Engineer-in-Chief, Lok Nirman Vibhag, U.P. Lucknow is directed to look into the matter and take a decision with regard to petitioner's post retiral dues by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously say within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner. It is clarified that we have not entered into the merit of the case.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
