RESPONDENTS This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to scrap the proposed erection/construction of the garbage tank/dustbin at the compound wall of the Amma Bhagavan Temple, situated at C.A No.1, 2nd Cross, Dommaluru II Stage, Bengaluru 560 071, and shift the same at civic amenity site of Shankarnag Park and Indira Canteen which is the suitable place and situated at the same road next to the temple meant for dump yard of garbage’s forthwith.
This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, chief justice made the following:
ORDER Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the subsequent order passed in W.Ps. No.24739-740/2012 and connected matters, this writ petition need not be kept pending.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
