Act vide Annexure-B and consequently discharge the petitioners from the offences alleged against them in Cr.No.400/2016.

O R D E R The learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1- State submits that charge sheet has already been submitted by the police in CC.No.55875/2017.
In view of the above said submission, this petition does not survive for consideration on merits. Hence, petition is dismissed.
However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court in case if any adverse report is filed against them before the trial Court.
