THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioners is for a mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to dispose off the applications dated 13.04.2009 vide Annexures - C to C2.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent No.1 is directed to consider the applications dated 13.04.2009, vide Annexures – C to C2, provided they are within time, authentic and accompanied by all the relevant documents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
