ORDER Petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus to the Respondents to consider his representation dated 10.08.2017 for change of ‘Khata’ in respect of land bearing Sy.No.296/1 of Kalkere village, Tippasandra Hobli, Magadi taluk, to an extent of 11 ½ Acres which stands in his name.
2. In these proceedings, an endorsement has already been issued by the authorities on 31.10.2017 calling upon the petitioner to produce 11-E sketch. Hence, it is ordered that as and when the petitioner produces the said sketch, the same shall be considered by the authorities concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of 11-E sketch.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
