ORDER After hearing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will surrender himself before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of one week from the date of release of this order.
Therefore, petition is rejected. However, it is made clear that as regards the application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Magistrate, the same is to be considered expeditiously.
