THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT PASSED THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Heard and perused the records.
2. The petition is filed for relaxation of condition No.3 imposed in Criminal Misc.No.748/2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kolar on 06.01.2017. Condition No.3 reads thus:
“3) They shall appear before the jurisdictional court within 15 days from the date of this order and execute personal bond with a surety as ordered above without fail;”
3. Considering the grounds urged in the petition, the petition is allowed. Ten days more time is granted to comply with condition No.3 as imposed by the Sessions Court within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed.
