It is found that the petitioner was working as Accountant at the Town Municipal Council, Mahalingapura, Bagalkot and is aggrieved by the impugned order dated:18.11.2018 issued by the respondent No.3 – the Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot, terminating the services of the petitioner.
Since the jurisdiction of Bagalkot district lies with the Dharwad Bench, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition and file a fresh petition before the Dharwad Bench. Ordered accordingly.
