The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 1076 of 2015 within a stipulated time frame.
A perusal of the order sheets reveals that certain Misc. Applications are posted for disposal.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
