Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has preferred Appeal No.14/2017 before the respondent seeking consideration of his representation dated 21.12.2016, for releasing pensionary benefits. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that objections have been filed by the respondent in the appeal and the petitioner has also filed a rejoinder. It is submitted that thereafter the matter has been adjourned again and again and the matter is not disposed of till date. The only prayer of the petitioner is a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
3. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal i.e., Appeal No.14/2017 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
The learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file her a Memo of Appearance within a period of two weeks from today.
