ORDER Shri Mohd Usman Shaikh, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that recording evidence of important witnesses is complete before the trial Court. Only two more police witnesses are required to be examined. He submits that, in the circumstances, petitioners would be satisfied if a suitable direction is issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the criminal case at an early date.
2. Shri Nasrulla Khan, learned H.C.G.P. submits that the prosecution also shall co-operate in disposal of the case.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned advocates for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the criminal case expeditiously and in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
