The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner interalia seeks a direction to issue a writ of certiorari to quash E-Auction sale notice dated 08.02.2018 by which the auction was scheduled to be held on 22.12.2018.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that inspite of the aforesaid sale notice, the respondent did not receive any bids. Therefore, the auction was not held on 22.02.2018.
4. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
