This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo dated 18.02.2019 stating that charge sheet has been filed and as such, the present petition may be dismissed with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition.
Memo is placed on record.
In view of the said memo, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition.
In view of dismissal of main petition, IA.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, IA.No.1/2018 is dismissed.
