ORDER By order dated 25.10.2019, this Court permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to retire and directed issuance of Court notice to the petitioner. Pursuant thereto, the Court notice issued to the petitioner has duly served on him and he did not appear before this Court.
2. Accordingly, this Court left with no option, but to dismiss the petition for non prosecution.
