ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the first prayer. His second prayer is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 18.03.2017 vide Annexure – G.
3. The representation is dated 18.03.2017, it is needless to state that some breathing time is required for the respondent – authority to consider the same. Within three months from the date of filing the application, no writ of mandamus would lie. Hence, the writ petition being premature is rejected.
4. The learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
