Girikumar, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue writ quashing the impugned modified recommendation dated 19.02.2019 issued by respondent No.2 (Annexure – A) and consequently, quash the impugned Show Cause Notice dated 13.03.2019 issued by respondent No.1 (Annexure – A1) and all further proceedings thereon and etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 08.05.2019, seeking permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings before an appropriate forum.
The Memo is placed on record.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Rights of the petitioner to approach appropriate forum is kept open.
