...Respondents (By Smt. Promodini Kishan, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent No.3 to permit the petitioner to remit the examination fees for the ensuing examinations to be held in the month of December, 2018.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the present petitioner.
Relief sought in the present petition is as follows:
1. “To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the respondent No.3 to permit the petitioner to remit the examination fees for the ensuing examinations to be held in the month of December, 2018.”
2. As on today, the present petition do not survive for consideration in view of the issue relating to examination which was stated to have been held in the year 2018.
3. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application, if he intends to participate in the future examination.
