O R D E R These writ petitions are filed seeking quashing of order dated 25.09.2017 in Appeal No. C¤ (ªÀ ªÀÄvÀÄÛ E)r2/rJ¦/09/2017-18 for the reason that the respondent – Authority is not passing any order on the application filed by the petitioners seeking certain direction as well as stay of the order dated 3.8.2017 passed in No.JRB/Dava/29(C)/13 & 14/2014-15 vide Annexure- “B”.
2. When this matter had come up for admission, the learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of Respondents Nos.1 and 2 would state that the aforesaid proceedings are posted on 23.10.2017 and according to him, he has instructions that appropriate orders will be passed by the authorities on that day.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General which is placed on record, the present writ petitions do not survive for consideration and accordingly they are disposed of.
