O R D E R These writ petitions are filed against the order dated 12.09.2013 in F.D.P.No.18/2012 and the order of delivery warrant dated 17.09.2016, passed in Execution Petition No.87/2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC at Nanjanagud ['Trial Court' for short].
2. It is discerned that the said Execution Petition No.87/2015 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
