2. In this petition, the petitioners inter alia seek a direction to the respondents to discharge the final bill liability to the petitioners who are heirs-in-successors of Chinnappa Raju and are entitled for payment with interest, costs, charges and damages.
3. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, subject to payment of deficit court fee within a period of one week, with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the payment of bills to the petitioner in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
