ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 16.11.2013, vide Annexure-B. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 16.11.2013, vide Annexure-B and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
