(By Sri.S.Chandrashekaraiah, HCGP) …Respondents These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to quash the entire proceedings initiated against the petitioners in C.C No.3236/2018 which is arising out of Crime No.159/2017 by the Puttur Rural Police Station, on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Puttur for the offences under Section 143 and 149 of IPC as an abuse of process of law and produced at Annexures-A, B and D.
These petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the petitions with a liberty to seek for discharge before the trial Court.
Memo is placed on record to the said effect.
Liberty as sought for, is granted.
Accordingly, petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
