ORDER Smt. Dhanalakshmi K., learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri V.G. Bhanuprakash, learned AGA for the respondents jointly submit that the subject matter of these writ petitions is covered by a decision of this Court in Sri Venkateshwara Enterprises vs. State of Karnataka and Others (W.P.No.29445/2018 and connected matters D.D.23.07.2018) and they pray that these petitions be disposed of in similar terms.
2. The submissions of learned advocate for the petitioner and learned AGA are placed on record. These writ petitions are accordingly disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to send their views/opinions/reports to the authorities of Mines and Geology Department within two weeks from today. The authorities concerned shall consider and finally decide on the prayer of the writ petitioner for execution of the lease deed within four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. No costs.
