Commissioner Bengaluru North Sub-Division, Bengaluru at Annex-D within the time frame to the fixed by the Hon’ble Court.
This W.P. coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 28.01.2016 vide Annexure-E. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
The respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the representation dated 28.01.2016, vide Annexure-E and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
