This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direction ordering the respondent police to perform a public or statutory duty by investigating the cause of death of the petitioner’s daughter and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-

2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to the petitioner under the law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
