O R D E R The petitioners seek for a writ of mandamus to the respondents to consider the legal notice dated 6.6.2014 vide Annexure-K.
2. I am of the considered view that no writ of mandamus would lie seeking enforcement of a legal notice issued by a lawyer.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as misconceived. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the respondents and make a necessary application in a manner known to law.
