The petitioner wants that his name should be recorded as tenure-holder over araji no. 920 situate in village Mavaiya Uparhar, Pargana Arail, Tehsil Karchhana, District Allahabad.
If the petitioner wants his name to be recorded, he may proceed and apply in accordance with Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code Act, 2006 before the appropriate authority.
The petition has no merit.
The petition is disposed of with the observation made above.
