Prasanna Kumar, Standing counsel) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in FIR No.RC 1(E)/09 of CBI, BS&FC, Bangalore for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 409, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, and under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of PC Act and substantive offences under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.

This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, he submits that he will file fresh bail application before the Court below and he will not press this petition as on today.
The said submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh bail petition before the Court below.
