THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent Nos.4 to 6 to consider the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26661/2013 dated 06.01.2015 for making payment to the petitioner towards the refund of the back billing charges.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.26661/2013 has been duly complied with during the pendency of the contempt proceedings initiated by the petitioner in CCC No.1945/2018. The said contempt petition filed by the petitioner alleging the disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.26661/2013 has been disposed of recording the compliance and accordingly the contempt proceedings were dropped. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Copy of the order passed in CCC No.1945/2018 (D.D. 06.03.2019) is placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
