THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25266 of 2010 S r i Duvva Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he has necessary instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition and to which effect, he has already submitted a letter, dated 04.08.2014, to the Registry.
Recording the above said submission, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
