JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order, dated 22.12.2003, passed by the respondent in TIIC:ERD:LAO-PR:2003-04, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to disburse the withheld loan amount of Rs.3,10,000/-, which has been sanctioned by the respondent by proceedings, dated 1.2.2000, and to re-schedule the entire loan by waiving the penal interest, so as to enable the petitioner to remit the dues towards the loan account.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that the account relating to the loan availed by the petitioner from the respondent had been closed, on 31.3.2007. Hence, the writ petition is to be closed as infructuous.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
