This Writ Petition (Habeas Corpus) coming on for preliminary hearing this day, Ravi Malimath J., made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner seeks for a writ of habeas corpus to produce his son.
2. Petitioner’s son is present in the Court along with his wife. The petitioner is also present in the Court. Under these circumstances, we do not find any ground to proceed further.
