O R D E R The petitioner herein is appellant in R.A.No.104/2018 pending on the file of 1st respondent- Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore North Sub-Division.
2. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid appeal was heard on 11.04.2018 and it was reserved for orders and the order is not yet passed. Hence, he is seeking direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal at the earliest.
3. His submission is accepted.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore North Sub-Division to dispose of the appeal in R.A.No.104/2018 within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
