Memo of settlement is taken on record which reads as under:
“The respondent Company herewith pays a sum of Rs.15,55,892/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Fifty five Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Two only) Vide D.D.No.979473 dated 13.06.2019 for Rs. 15,16,000/- and D.D.No.036000 dated 31.07.2019 for Rs.39,892/- drawn on CITI BANK LTD, M.G.Road Branch, Bengaluru towards full and final settlement of pending salary dues of the petitioner in the above case. All statutory dues are the responsibility of the Respondent Company. The petitioner and respondent thereby pray that this Hon’ble Court may dismiss the above petition as withdrawn”.
In terms of memo of settlement, Company petition stands disposed of.
