O R D E R When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after investigation ‘B’ Summary Report has been submitted before the Court on 18.05.2016 and the same is pending consideration of the learned Magistrate.
In view of this submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, petition is disposed of. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge any adverse order passed by the learned Magistrate on the said ‘B’ Summary Report.
