JUDGMENT This appeal has been filed on 19.12.2015. On 8.2.2017, this Court has finally granted two weeks time to comply with office objections, failing which, this appeal is directed to be posted for orders on 27.02.2017.
2. In spite of granting sufficient time, office objections have not been complied with and this appeal has come up today for the fourth time for non compliance of the office objections. None appears for the appellant.
3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non compliance of the office objections.
