This Civil Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Mr. K. K. Vasanth, learned counsel for petitioner. Mr. Ganesh . R, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner be granted liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial court and the petition be disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting such liberty to the petitioner.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, and in the light of the facts that parties have settled the dispute amicably between themselves, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the parties to move an appropriate application before the trial court.
5. The Civil Petition is disposed of accordingly.
