O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant and the learned counsel for the respondent-land lord.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time prays leave to withdraw the revision petition and files an affidavit undertaking to vacate and hand over possession on or before 13.12.2017.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted time till 13.12.2017 in order to enable them to secure alternative accommodation.
4. The submission of the learned counsel is placed on record.
Accordingly, the (*) Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Time granted by the Trial Court to quit and deliver vacant possession of the petition schedule premises is *deleted vide Chamber order dated 25.11.2017 extended till 31.12.2017 subject to the petitioner continuing paying rents without fail every month.
