This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents, not to celebrate the proposed Tippu Jayanathi in the home district of the petitioner, namely, Kodagu district as well as throughout the state of Karnataka, and etc.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Chief Justice made the following:
ORDER Mr.Pavana Chandra Shetty H., learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that due to subsequent events, this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
