THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Petitioner herein has sought for direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5, namely, Technical Assistant and ex-officio Joint Director of Land records and Assistant Director of Land Records, to rectify / modify the survey records and issue modified akarbandh in respect of land bearing Sy. No.183/2 situate at Bukkasagara village, Jigani hobli, Anekal taluk, Bengaluru Urban District, as per the order dated 17.08.2017 (Annexure ‘A’ to the petition) passed by respondent No.2, Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru District, in proceedings No.Bhoomapana/revision/arji 12/2014-15 and the subsequent rectification order issued by the same authority dated 03.10.2017 vide Annexure ‘B’ to the petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents. Perused the material on record.
3. In this writ petition, an order was passed by this Court on 03.04.2019 in directing the learned Additional Government Advocate to keep respondent No.4 - Technical Assistant and ex-officio Joint Director of Land Records and respondent No.6 – Tahasildar, Anekal, present before this Court today. In response to the same, Sri C. Mahadevaiah, Tahasildar, Anekal, and Miss. Kusuma Latha, Joint Director of Land Records, are present before this Court today. They would submit that they would implement the order dated 17.08.2017 passed by the second respondent – Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru District, and the subsequent rectification order dated 03.10.2017 passed by the said authority within sixty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Their submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
5. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
