ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to accept notice for the respondents.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to pass final order.
Corrections carried out in terms of the order dated 27.04.2017. Consequently, this page is replaced and retyped 3. The pleadings made in the writ petition would indicate that the final arguments were concluded and the matter was reserved for pronouncement of orders on 25.03.2015. That even as on date, no order has been passed. In view of the averments made in the writ petition, I deem it just and proper to direct respondent No.2 to pass final order.
4. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off.
Respondent No.2 is directed to pass final order, in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
