THIS CRL.P COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. Even on last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioners remained absent indicating that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the petition.
2. The petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.155/2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 354 r/w 149 Indian Penal Code.
3. Since investigation is completed and charge sheet is laid against the accused persons for the above offences, the submission of the charge sheet reinforces the allegations made in the FIR. Under the said circumstances, no ground is made out by the petitioners to quash the proceedings.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
