THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING;
ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 314/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section. 420 read with 34 of IPC.
3.The order sheet discloses that on 18/12/2013 itself it was brought to the notice of the petitioners that the charge sheet has been submitted before the Court, inspite of that petitioner has not chosen to challenge the charge sheet till date.
4.Sri. Vijaya Kumar Majage, Addl. S.P.P., appearing for the respondent submits that trial has already commenced and the prosecution has examined as many as 35 witnesses.
5. Under such circumstances, I do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the impugned proceedings.
6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
