J U D G M E N T Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities, learned counsel for the appellant has not complied the office objections.
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 20.11.2019, one week time was granted finally to comply the office objections, failing which, directed to post the appeal for dismissal. Learned counsel for the appellant has not complied the office objections.
3. Accordingly, today the matter came up before the Court for orders regarding dismissal of the appeal for non-
compliance of office objections. The matter is called twice both in the pre-lunch session and post-lunch session. Neither learned counsel for the appellant is present nor complied the office objections. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss the appeal for non-compliance of office objections.
Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
