… Petitioner … Respondent This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 of Cr.P.C praying to set aside the judgment passed by the Hon’ble 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Mysuru, in Criminal Appeal No.102/2013 dated 11.08.2014 at Annexure-A, consequently set aside the trial Court in C.C.No.123/2009 dated 21.3.2013, on the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Hunsur, at Annexure-B.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complainant has received the entire cheque amount including the deposited amount in the Court and the amount in due has been fully satisfied in this case. He further submitted that he has also produced Annexure-C, memo filed by the complainant along with his signature and also signed by the learned counsel for the complainant for having fully satisfied the said amount.
The said submission is placed on record. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
