THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioners herein are seeking writ of mandamus to respondents 2 and 3 to change katha of land covered under the sale deed dated 1.9.1995 in respect of Sy.No.36/1 of Attur village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, measuring to an extent of 1 acre 11 guntas.
2. In this proceedings, the learned Additional Government Advocate who has taken notice for respondents 1 to 3 files a memo along with a copy of letter dated 11.3.2019 addressed to him by the Special Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk. The said letter would indicate that if 3 months time is granted, the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar is ready and willing to complete the work of registering katha of aforesaid land in favour of the petitioner.
3. The said memo along with copy of letter is taken on record. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of with a specific direction to the 3rd respondent – Tahsidlar to comply with the undertaking which is given by him before this Court within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
