THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The Order Sheet discloses that, on 27.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, on that day, as a last chance, the case was adjourned to 02.12.2019 with an observation, on that day, if the petitioners’ counsel does not appear and assist the Court for disposal of the petition, the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
Even today ie., on 02.12.2019, the matter having been passed over in the Morning Session, when called in the Afternoon Session, neither the petitioners nor their counsel present. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears, the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the case. Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
The interim bail granted by this court on 28.05.2019 is hereby vacated.
