THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner herein is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to rectify the Record of Rights in respect of land measuring to an extent of 03 Acres in Sy. No.100 situate at Hunjanalu village, Kallambella hobli, Sira Taluk, Tumkur District, by showing his name in column Nos.9 and 12 of the Record of Rights by considering his representation dated nil (Annexure ‘G’ to the petition), which was acknowledged in the office of Tahasildar on 14.11.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perused the material on record.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents has this day filed a memo along with copy of the letter dated 30.03.2019 addressed to him by the second respondent – Tahasildar, Sira Taluk, in proceedings No.RRT.CR.217/17-18, wherein he has stated that rectification of the Record of Rights as sought by the petitioner in respect of the petition land will be completed, if three months time is granted to him by this Court.
4. The said memo along with copy of the letter dated 30.03.2019 is taken on record.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 – Tahasildar, Sira Taluk, to complete the aforesaid work within 90 days from today.
6. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
