There is a deficiency of Rs. 4544.50/- in payment of court fees. This appeal was presented on 15.3.2012 and on 19.3.2012 a month's time was granted to make the deficiency good. Subsequently, again time was granted on 26.4.2012 but the deficiency has not been made good. The case was again listed on 13.12.2018 and on the request of Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned counsel for the appellant, the case was passed over. Till date the deficiency of the court fees has not been made good.
The appeal is incompetent and is, accordingly, dismissed as, the appellants have failed to make the deficiency good for a period of six years.
